Cookware and Bakeware:
- Sheet pans - aluminum; 1 inch deep; 18 inches long x 13 inches wide (purchased at Sam's Club)
- Oblong cake pan - 9 x 13 x 2 inches; nonstick (Wilton Indulgence)
- Muffin tins - dark metal; 12 cavities; nonstick (Wilton Indulgence)
- Round cake pans - 9 inches in diameter; 2 inches deep; nonstick (Wilton Indulgence)
- Springform pans - three sizes: 8-, 9-, and 10-inches in diameter (Wilton)
- Saucepans - one 2-quart with lid; one 4-quart with lid (don't know the brand, these are hand-me-downs from my grandmother)
- Skillet - huge and heavy. Ten to twelve inches in diameter. Got it at a thrift store.
- Stand mixer - KitchenAid Pro 6-quart. Bought it refurbished six years ago and still going strong. Came with a beater, a whip, and a dough hook.
- Food processor - Hamilton Beach 14-cup. My most recent purchase. So far, have used it once for scones and one to puree a sauce, got excellent results both times.
- Immersion blender - I have a Braun KHB300 (now sold under KitchenAid). It came with a whip attachment, and a mini chopper attachment. Love the whip attachment for small batches of whipped cream.
- Coffee maker - Yes, I'm including my coffeemaker. It does more than make coffee; it also makes mulled cider! It's a Black & Decker 12-cup programmable machine.
- Slow cooker - I have a Cuisinart 3.5-quart slow cooker.
- Electric Griddle - I have a Presto 20-inch cool-touch griddle. Great for pancakes, bacon, grilled cheese . . . My only complaint is the extremely short power cord.
- Ice Cream Maker - Probably my only unitasker. But I love making homemade ice cream. I have a Cuisinart ICE-20, 1.5-quart capacity.
